“Scena” Theater
The “Scena” Theater developed as a program of the Scena Foundation and debuted in 2001 in the Fortress of Tîrgu-Mureș with the Scena Summer Camp. As part of the project, several plays were performed outdoors, in the Fortress of Tîrgu-Mureș: “Romeo and Julia", "F 451", "Hamlet", "The Three Musketeers", "I", "Zamolxe", "Oedip King", all directed by Liviu Pancu. Various other cultural events take place at Scena Theatre, in the Taylors”™ Bastion of the Fortress of Tîrgu-Mureș, such as exhibitions, book launches, concerts, workshops, festivals. The most recent festival initiated by the Scena Foundation is the KariCaturaFestScena which debuted in 2008.
